About the event
Middle school is one of the most challenging seasons of a young girl's life. Social media pressure, body image, bullying, and the constant noise of online life — most girls are navigating all of it without a safe space to process it.
Girls Group changes that.
This 6-session program meets every Tuesday at Healing Hideaway Hub in Coleman and gives girls ages 10–14 a structured, supportive, empowering space to build confidence, develop healthy habits, and lift each other up.
What we cover across 6 sessions:
Session 1 — My Relationship to Technology and Social Media Session 2 — Finding My Media Balance Session 3 — My Digital Footprint: Ads, Messages, and Being a Leader Session 4 — A Focus on Bullying, Cyberbullying, and Hurtful Behavior Session 5 — Gender, Body Image, and Social Media Session 6 — Being a Leader and Sharing My Voice
